Coriander Chutney recipe

A fantastic chutney recipe, this can easily be made into a sauce and stirred into pasta or you could serve it whole and chunky on the side of a curry or rice. Jar it and keep it to one side in the fridge to use whenever you fancy!

Ingredients:

  • Two handfuls fresh coriander
  • 2 tbsp. minced ginger
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. passata
  • 2 small green chillies
  • 1 tsp. cumin seeds
  • Dash of water as needed

Method of Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until coarsely chopped. Add water as needed depending on if you use this as a sauce or chutney.

Try red chillies or garlic in this recipe to ramp up the flavour. This recipe serves 14.
